Gabriel Lau
FOUNDER & CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Since establishing Golden Earth Developments in 2017 Gabriel’s focus on the company’s strategic direction has led to a combined development and planning pipeline in excess of £150m across sectors which include high-end and multi-unit residential, commercial, and resort developments, designed to generate appropriate returns in a complex market.
Gabriel specialises in design innovation and providing structured development, construction, and funding solutions for clients and strategic partners, maximising value through the planning system, and the sourcing, appraising, acquisition and execution of development opportunities.

CONSTRUCTION DIRECTOR
Michael is Golden Earth Developments Construction Director responsible for managing our in house construction division. His considerable development and contracting experience ensures that our complex projects are executed to the highest standard.
His expertise and attention to detail in overseeing the delivery of projects for high profile clients has garnered him a reputation for providing an outstanding level of service in which he ensures that client’s exacting requirements are met and delivered to the highest standard.

LEAD PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR
Mason is Golden Earth Developments lead Project Co-ordinator supporting the team on the day to day management of technical and complex logistics across a wide array of project requirements.
Mason previously specialised in planning, particularly Rights of Light, between 2014 and 2022 at Gordon Ingram Associates, and Avison Young, where he worked as the lead surveyor on high profile projects throughout London and the UK including, Canary Wharf Group’s 200 acre Wood Wharf masterplan development and British Lands’ Broadgate Estate.
Mason advised in relation to the initial pre-acquisition stage, planning, neighbouring matter negotiation, and construction phases and provided strategic consultancy in relation to all scales of development from home extensions to Masterplan and long-term estate portfolio management.
