Design & Build
Conceptualisation & Briefing
In our initial meeting we will discuss your requirement and help you to understand how Golden Earth will assist you in your design and build project. We will then analyse your brief and help you to refine your concept based off any requirements you may have including design and budget
Site Identification & Acquisition
Often clients have already purchased or identified a suitable site, however, in many cases we help our clients to identify and acquire the most suitable plot for your project
planning, design & contract
Our Architects, Interior Designers and Planners will expertly guide you through the process, taking care of all planning requirements as we work with you to refine the brief.
Once the design has been signed off, we prepare a cost plan to cover all elements of the build, which is used as the basis of the contract between Golden Earth and yourself to deliver your project.
construction
Once a contract has been agreed Golden Earth will commence construction of your project and oversee all elements through to practical completion.
completion
We will carry out our final inspections ensuring that building regulations have all been cleared and signed off before we hand over your keys with all relevant guarantees and warranties in place
aftercare
Our team is available to provide necessary support even after you have fully settled into your new home.
